  • 1.  Registration error when registering with a guest

    Testing my event registration works fine until I add a guest. Then I get this error at the end after clicking "Submit". I have removed all shared questions from the registration paths. All required fields are completed. Tried to chat with Cvent support and they have no idea so I have an open case. But does anyone else have any idea what is causing this error?

    Hmmm... literally the only thing I can think of off the top of my head is does your guest page have the reg type widget on it with a type assigned? I would think that it would just do a "no registration type" if not, but maybe...?

    Hi Laura,

    Hope you are doing well!

    I checked your case and the event as well. However, while testing it, there were no issues or errors which showed up. 

    Can you please try to clear caches of your browser or try to test the event in an incognito mode. This might solve the issue, let us know if this works for you or not.
