The message your registrant received is a system message that displays when the registration process has timed out but the system is still processing the registration in the background. Generally, this means wait a bit and the registration will complete and confirmation email will go out. Do you know if your registrant received their confirmation email? Are you able to see their registration in the backend?

Can anyone please share why she got that message and if there is something we need to do on our side to ensure that no other registrants see that?
