  • 1.  Registration Report By year Per Event

    Can I run a report that will show me the total accepted count for a conference for the past 3 years?  For example, a report that will show me the 2023, 2024 and 2025 total accepted for Event ABCD and do this for every event within the year?

    Hi Maria,

    Yes, you can run a cross-event report within More > Cross-Event Reports > Report Templates and run the Event Details report and adjust the date range and filters accordingly. This report will show you fields like total invited, total accepted, accepted invitees, accepted guests, total declined, cancelled, no response, visited, etc. Your Guide to Running Reports in Cvent

    Hi! Is there a way I can easily track the weekly registration pick up year over year? I want to compare where I am with reg numbers this many weeks out in 2025 verses 2024 and 2023. Thanks!
