  • 1.  Removing Exhibitors

    Hi there I set up an example exhibitors and was testing functionality by sending a message/ contact the fake exhibitor. Now I wish to delete it but I cannot for some reason. I have checked the instructions online but I cant see why its not working. There a couple others that I can't delete either. Is it something to do with the admin allocated? on my fake on I have now got a lead captured (but no license) so I wasn't sure if this was why.

    Hi Lisa,

    To delete an exhibitor, you need to ensure that no tasks, registrations, or LeadCapture licenses are assigned and that they are not a sponsored or featured exhibitor. Once you have confirmed the exhibitor meets this criteria, you can click on the drop-down next to the exhibitor's name > Select Delete Exhibitor > Click Delete exhibitor again.
