  • 1.  Report Export Failing

    I am trying to export a survey report called "Answer Details By Respondent".  The report says that data was exported, but when I open the exported .xlsx file, they only text that is in the report is "Report details failed to export".  All other report types have exported successfully.  Can someone help with this problem?

    Hi Megan,

     

    Thank you for the reply.  I was able to get the report to export by using the .csv export/  Not sure why the Excel one kept failing.

    I've never ran into that issue before, I'd suggest trying to export it as a .csv file instead.
