Hi all,

At an event, we asked the participants some self-made questions during the registration process, which are only available per question in the standard reports. However, we would like to query these per participant so that we can first receive the names and then the answers in the report. Does anyone have experience of whether this is possible?

Hi Daniel,

Thanks for reaching out! This should be possible using the Registrant Details report in your Event > Reports > Reports > Report Templates. Use the pencil icon by the report name to edit the report before running it, in the Fields tab add your registration questions, then run. This report should then be organized by attendee name and since you've added in the registration questions fields to the report, you'll see the answers for each attendee in their respective line item, like the example I've attached.
