In Classic, I could run and print a report that included all registrants, their admission items, and their optional items, grouped by registrant. Is there a way to get all this information in one report and by registrant, not by item? If so, I can't find it. 

(I've used Cvent since 2006; this is my first year using Flex since I didn't run a conference the past two years due to Covid. The reports are what sold me on Cvent in the first place, and now several I depend on have disappeared. I'm so frustrated this is my last year with Cvent.)

Hi Lin,

Our Registrant Details report allows you to see this data grouped by registrants. It is a report that can be found by going to your event > Reports > Reports > Registrations (Show Registrants Presets) > Registrant Details. You can then run this report and go to Data > Change Report Data > Fields > Click on any fields you wish to add to the report.

You can run the report named Registrant Details. This report pulls all the registrant information collected during registration, such as your item selection, be it admission item, sessions or optional item. It also pulls questions, custom and standard fields.

You can refer to the article below to further group the report basis registrant's name or add filters.
