    Can you assist me with pulling the following report?

    Session: New Member Orientation & Breakfast

    • Contact Type – this is a key field in CVENT.  (While it is similar to Registration Type, the data can have differing values).
    • Registration Type -shows the type field used to register.
    • MS Member Since Date – please check to see if this field can be included on the report from CVENT.  This field will allow us to determine if the registrant is truly a new member.  Otherwise, we will need to pull this information separately and then manually cross-reference the two lists.

    Hi 

    Hope you are doing well!

    I reviewed your query and basis my understanding what you are looking for is the report that offers a list of invitees along with the registration type information. 

    The best report for your concern would be the "registrant details report".  This report will give you a list of invitees, guests, and registrants. Includes registration information like invitee/guest, registration type, and last registration date. 

    Furthermore, you can also refer to the article titled "Your Guide to Running Reports in Cvent". 

    • Contact type is stored at the admin level
    • Contact type when pulled into the event becomes a registration type

    Hi there,

    I also would suggest the Registrant Details report to get the information you are looking for; except the third bullet, which I don't believe is something that report can accommodate. You may need to reach out to Cvent support to see if there is any way to get that information.
