    How can I pull a report showing the response time (in  hours) it is taking a hotel to respond to leads?  Cannot find a report showing overall what a hotel response time is? I see a response to a lead as a %, such as 100% of leads responded to but what is the actual hours it is taking a hotel to respond to those leads to see if it is taking too long from lead received to hotel responding.

    Hello Thom, 

    If you have Business Intelligence's Enterprise Dashboard, you can use the Competitive Set Comparison. If you do not have this subscription, then I suggest the Venue Dashboard, which is located on the Overview tab.  You can adjust the venue selected by clicking on the Data dropdown and editing the Selection Criteria.

    Once you have the selected property, click run. The data for Average Response Time will show in a Summary Widget (tile) and a Grid Widget (Performance Metrics Table). You can click on the actions dropdown to export.
