    This is Yejin from the Aloft Seoul Myeongdong.

    I am pleased to inform you that our hotel has successfully secured the group we proposed through Cvent.

    We have received the "RFP Awarded" notification.

     

    Could you please advise if there are any additional actions I should take or any updates that need to be made at this stage?

    @Yejin Cho you should contact the planner who awarded you the RFP directly using the contact information on the RFP. Now that you have secured the award, the remaining business will be conducted in the usual way.

    Thank you for your response. I would like to clarify what "the usual way" refers to.

    The event in early August has been successfully completed, and the RFP has been awarded.

    Could you please advise if there is anything else I need to do at this stage?
