I have a subset of invitees who do not have an email address. They are of an older demographic who prefer not to communicate over email.  Are there any functions or features within Cvent that can help facilitate alternate forms of communication, like generating paper hardcopy versions of invitations, confirmations, and reminders?  Are there other creative solutions others have tried to manage customers who do not use email?  Thanks!

It took us years to get people into the 21st century.

Only thing I can think of is using the badge wizard, create a one pager with the information needed, Have the mailing address formatted so all you need to do is fold it for a window envelope. Anyone who does not have email will probably be automatically opted out. You can filter those who to send hard copies to.

That or get their kids email address and have them contact grandpa. :)
