    Have you sent prizes or incentives through Cvent? If so, how does this work? We need to email participants gift card thank yous!

    Hi Elissa,

    It depends on how you'd like to set up the gift cards, but you could create a "gift card" through the Cvent badge designer and email it that way. Otherwise, if you have the gift card outside of Cvent, you can always add a hyperlink into an email and send it out that way.

    You could upload gift card numbers as internal information and pull them in emails. Please refer to these articles for more details:

    Hi Megan,
    This is exactly what I've done with unique URLs to redeem ride vouchers. I have the data uploaded as internal answers. How can I create a button, and put a data tag to the Invitee Answers? The widget needs tag needs to be a URL ?

    You can add a data tag with {[C-ANSWER:Question Code]}. Please refer to this article, which shows you the steps to complete this. Data Tag Cheat Sheet - https://support.cvent.com/s/communityarticle/Data-Tag-Cheat-Sheet. This tag is under the Invitee tags section.
