  • 1.  Session Capacity on the event website, besides in the registration process

    I'd like to be able to put session capacity on a web site page.
    Yes, it is  already on the registration item page as part of the registration process.  But I get so many questions from folks who haven't registered yet, asking if there are still seats available for a session.
    I want to put a small table on the summary page. Table would be Session Name, Date, Time, and Capacity (Seats Left). Trying to keep it simple and easy to read. I have looked at the Agenda widget, but not very editable/flexible. I'm looking for maybe either a data tag or a code snippet that can be put in a table on the summary page. 
    Is there any way to do this currently?

    Hi Ellen,

    Within the agenda widget on the website (you can place this on the summary page or its own website page) you can toggle on to show the capacity and it will show exactly what you are looking for as far as session name, date, time, and the number of spots left. Setting Up the Agenda Widget

    Thanks, Julia, I am aware of the Agenda widget as well. Wish there was a little more flexibility with that widget. What I am trying to do is a simple table listing:  the day, the title,  the fee, and the seats available.  Something like below.
    It seems like there is a data code for everything but session capacity.

    Hi Ellen,

    The session capacity is listed in the agenda widget that Julia shared above. Howeverm if you're looking to create a custom table as you outlined above, you can use custom coding for this. You would need to have someone on your web design team who knows how to create the code, but we do give the option in the site designer to add both a code widget and also CSS coding for more flexibility.
