Hello everyone, 

I created a session email (see below) that will be sent when an attendee registers for a sponsorship. Each sponsor receives 2 golfers with their sponsorship. In the past, we have struggled to get sponsors to register their additional golfers at the time of registration. We have limited spots available, and once those spots are taken, that's it. 

I used the group confirmation details data tag to pull their names, but I wish there was a way to add their sessions. Any suggestions on a better way to handle this?

Unfortunately, there isn't a direct way to accomplish this within one email.

A session email can't dynamically list each group member along with the sessions they chose; session emails resolve data for the single recipient only, and there isn't a data tag that enumerates every group registrant's session selections in one message to the group leader. Instead, the only group-level tag you can add is Group Confirmation Details, which you used.

Workaround:

Add the Group Confirmation Details tag to your session email so the sponsor sees all group members' names and confirmation numbers: {[C-GROUP CONFIRMATION DETAILS]}. This is the supported way to include group info in an email and is commonly used for this scenario. 

Send each group member their own session details using a standard or session-triggered email. For the individual's selections, use either:

My Sessions: {[C-MY SESSIONS]} (shows the recipient's sessions), or Current Registration: {[C-CURRENT REGISTRATION]} (shows all items the recipient selected, including sessions).
