I want to insert the data tag for my Session Feedback, but it is not there when I search the data tags in the email designer. How do I find that data tag or how do I create one?

Also, I am having difficulty attaching a survey to an email. The process that I have found listed out is not much help.

Hi Theresa,

Hope you are well.

The data tag specific to the session feedback is available within session emails.

If you are trying to add the data tag within the event email, you can simply add the {[E-SURVEY-LINK]} data tag and it will display all the feedback surveys available to the invitee. 

If they are registered for the session for which the survey is created, then it too will display on the same page below general event feedback survey. Here is the screenshot of how it will display :



However, you have to make sure that the sessions are associated to the session survey and the invitees are registered for the session if the session survey is available to session registrants and if it is available to session participants, then the invitee needs to be registered and marked participant for the session.
