Is there a way to make a simple registration form that only has one page? Our users often hit "Register" thinking they are done and they do not "Submit" on the 2nd page causing an abandoned registration and folks showing up that I have not accounted for.

The navigation buttons in the registration footer are dynamic, so if you delete all but the first page of your registration process (and ensure that page has everything you need, of course), then the Submit button will appear in the footer instead of Next.
