If you create a task in the Speaker Resource Center for your speaker to upload a bio, you can do so and set what file format you'll accept (docx, pdf). When I tested this out, it doesn't auto populate to the speaker's profile. You can find the uploads under the Speaker Resources section, there's an Uploads tab next to the Tasks tab. The only challenge is that to download all the uploads your speakers provide, you are redirected to "My Exports" section under your profile. There are some limitations to the Speaker Resources Center which I have mentioned to my Cvent contact as well as submitted in the Products Ideas section. I hope there can be more enhancements made on this section of Cvent as I'd like to leverage it a bit more in the future.

Are you not able to upload a document for the speakers bio's? Are you restricted to only being able to input 2500 characters? If they upload a bio document in the speaker resource center where is that shown?
