    Posted 2 days ago

    Hello,

    I created an event and am trying to send the weblink to the summary, but during testing, the link keeps taking me to the actual registration page, not the summary. I have checked everything, and dont know what I'm missing. Now, when I copy the summary link and paste it into the internet browser, I get an error message stating "Hmmm...It looks like we don't have a record of that event. We suggest reaching out to the planner for more information." Please help.

    Hi! We replaced the data tag on the "Register" button in all our emails to be the homepage data tag so that people will actually review the content before registering.

    From: {[E-RSVP YES URL]}

    To: {[E-HOMEPAGE URL]}

    We do the same as Lauren suggested with the datatag URLs.  However if you are referring to the weblinks that you create in the "marketing" section of the event - those links will not work if your event is not live, so that is why you are getting the message saying there is no record of the event.
