    Hi all,

    Hope you are well.

    Can the survey be hidden for a certain registration type? We only have the basic Feedback survey, not the premium (not able to upgrade to premium for the time being). Are there any options?

    Hi Franco,

    Hope you are well!

    I checked about this and unfortunately, the option to limit the visibility of the survey basis registration type is not yet available. As an alternative, you can disable the standard event feedback survey email and create a custom email for it and add the advanced filters for 'registration Type' to send the email to the specific registration type that you want to.

    apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. But, it sounds like a great feedback. I suggest you to post this as an Idea/feedback for our product team by going to Cvent Community > Participate > Product Ideas.

    We encourage you to always submit your ideas or any challenges you face while working with the product. As it also help our Product Development team to review the possibilities and if it works we may try to incorporate such changes in our future releases.
