    Once an event is live, are testing scenarios still available?

    Ex. Testing for feedback surveys

    Just want to confirm whether these features remain available after launch, or if testers need to be registered for the event in order to access and test the survey.

    Hi Shanay,

    Test mode is no longer an available option once the event has been made active. Testing a Feedback Survey Prior to Launching the Event walks through how to test your survey prior to launching the event. If your event is already active, then yes, testers would need to be registered for an event in order to access and test the survey (depending on your survey settings they will need to either be an event registrant or an event participant) and you will want to make sure that the survey is available before the event starts if you are wanting to test prior to the event dates.
