A very manual workaround can be set up leveraging a Custom Contact Field or Internal Information. On the guest record, enter value the Internal Info Field. Then create a Planner Alert specific to that guest only, Use Advanced Filters in the Planner Alert to filter the chosen Internal Info Field/Custom Contact Field for that guest's value. Repeat for each guest that you want an alert to be sent for.
