    Is there a way to track attendance on a collaborative session that was set up using Cvent's Zoom? I am having trouble location that information.

    Hope you are doing well!

    In regards to your query to track attendance on a collaborative session that was set up using Cvent's Zoom, I would like to inform that currently the feature is unavailable and also there isn't a workaround available. I apologize for the inconvenience. 

    But, it certainly is a great feedback. I suggest you to post this on the 'Product Ideas' tab of Cvent community i.e. Cvent community > Participate > Product ideas > Add new or Upvote an existing idea. 

    We encourage you to always submit your ideas or any challenges you face while working with the product. As it also helps our Product Development team to review the possibilities and if it works we may try to incorporate such changes in our future releases.

    Hi April,

    I haven't figured out a way to track attendance on collaborative sessions, unfortunately. Hoping Cvent comes up with a way to do this in the future! Sorry I'm not able to share a solution for you!

    I found a very helpful report. In events, if you go to Reports> Agenda Items> Session Attendance Details, you can see who logged in and how long they were on. 

    I hope this helps everyone else. :)

    Was wondering the same thing. Only thing I can think of is if you sent the join link in a Cvent email you could at least go back and see who opened it and do some click tracking?
