  • 1.  Tracking Who Will Be Working Onsite at an Event

    Hi Cvent Community!

    Our event coordinators work onsite for a portion of the events within our program and we want to be able to track who will be onsite for their events without having to check individual events. There are several ways I can think of in Cvent, but would like to learn from you.

    • How are you doing this?
    • Suggestions on how we could do this within Cvent or another method?

    You want to keep track of staffing during events?

    We use a spreadsheet. :)

    Would a custom event field work?
