We are trying to figure out why some attendees see "Appointments" or "Apointment Requests" in the mobile app. We have some training videos for our attendees and this keeps getting brought up as a questions. Event the articles from CVent say it could be this or that, but no one really understands why? When I use AI search it says it has to do with the meeting status, but that doesn't make sense. I want all attendees to see the same type of button and action (the Appointments button) regardless of the reg path or reg type they are.
