    Hi all! Have you had the issue of attendees having to log in every time thy open the app? We have a program operating in Sydney on Monday, so some guests have arrived, some are traveling. I'm wondering if it is due to connecting to different servers or Wi-Fi? Because I personally have not needed to log in since I downloaded the app.

    Hi Lindsey,

    Thanks for reaching out! It looks like the log out settings on your account are set to 30 days for the event app. It shouldn't be asking them to log in every time they open the event app within that time frame. If you're still experiencing this issue, please escalate to your Account Team so they can further investigate.
