  • 1.  Unregistering and Re-registering Attendee

    Hello!

    I'm in a bit of a conundrum. I have an attendee who registered for our conference as an attendee. Her colleague registered their organization as a Bronze sponsor. The sponsorship includes 2 registrations and the organization now wants the attendee registered under the Bronze sponsorship. Is there a way to assign the attendee to the bronze sponsorship registration and unregister her original registration?

    Can you switch their registration type, under their attendee record? This has worked for me before, but depends on how you setup your types.

    +1 to Denise's idea, or maybe you could create a discount code for the bronze sponsor and apply it to the attendee registration. We have done it both ways.
