  • 1.  Updating Confirmation Emails

    Hello Community,

    I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I need to add specific information to the confirmations that are sent directly from Passkey, but only for our wedding groups. I'm not sure where or how to update that information within the system.

    Any guidance or direction would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Sarah! You can adjust your Passkey Acknowledgements at the Library level (think of this is where the defaults are and can apply for all groups) or you can do event by event. Keep in mind anything created/updated at the Library level will reflect for all new groups, but any existing would need to be updated event per event.
