    Hello everyone,
    My account can't connect to the knowledge base, create a case or chat with anyone. So, please don't refer me to pages, because I can't access them. I'm still waiting of the issue to be fixed. 

    • We want to use barcodes to check in for an event. To use them, do we need to use on arrival? Or can them be used separately?
    • Our client already has a scanner, and we want to know if it'll work before the event starts. What is the best way to test barcodes and check ins?
    • Is it possible to create a report with ALL registrants' barcodes on it? Can we have access to that?

    Can anyone help?

    Reports don't generate barcodes or QR codes.
    A barcode or QR code is typically the confirmation number.
    I'm using QR codes for one event to exchange contact information. Name and email.

    To test I would create a basic namebadge with a barcode printed on it.

    Ideally you would want OnArrival for check in. If you are using another company you would need to load the confirmation numbers into their system.
