I know this is late to the party, but to answer your question, we have implemented the MRF for our organization, and it has been incredibly successful. We no longer receive it in random emails. It captures what we need, and we very quickly trained our people that if they didn't provide all the information we asked for, they weren't getting an event created.

I thought I was a Cvent "expert" but realized while preparing for Cvent Connect that I had no clue there was a Meeting Request Form feature. I've signed up for the session on this topic next month, but am curious to know how planners feel about the MRF. Does it capture all of the information you need to work from? Is it a user-friendly process for both the submitter and the planner?
