Thanks for the almost immediate response Tori! - Functionally, the solution you suggested works. Is it a little cumbersome, and the one thing that becomes problematic is that if the person selects the 3-Session Bundle, the system will allow them to select 4,5,6, etc Sessions. It is only when they go to Submit, that they are told they selected more than their chosen allotment. My hope is that since Cvent figured out a way to make Volume Discounts work on X number of Registrants, they can find a way to extend the same principle to X number of Sessions, Session Bundles, Optional Items (pretty much anything for where individual items are Fee-based). Appreciate you jumping on and trying to help.

I don't know if this is the most ideal way, but it's all I can think of right now. And it would only work if all your sessions are priced the same.
Make separate admission items for each scenario: "1-session bundle," "2-session bundle," "3-session bundle," etc. Price each admission item accordingly, based on your session amounts and discounts, if applicable. Then set up an advanced rule for each admission item limiting the number of sessions that can be selected.
