If I understood your query correctly, you need to schedule weekly report of your events. There are several ways to do so :
- Scheduling the report : Once you have run the report in the event, you can save it and then schedule the report to go out to you Daily/Weekly/Monthly for a specific date range.
Steps : Go to your event > reports > reports > Search and run the report > Click on Actions at top right > Save as > Name your report and add a description, if desired. Click the icon next to Schedule > From the Repeats dropdown, select how often you want the report to run (once, daily, weekly, or monthly) > Select the date when the schedule should start and end > Enter the time when you want the report to start running, then select a time zone from the dropdown > Select Yes if you want to receive email notifications > Click Apply changes, then Save. A copy of the report will become available in the Saved Reports tab.

Publishing the report to Access Portal : You can publish the saved report to the Access portal to share the report with others and yourself.
