We have always used PowerPoint for our conference. I collect the individual presentations through Cvent Speaker Resource Center then I combine them all into one long running slide show for each day per room. We also do ad reel videos during meals and breaks that are also tagged onto this PowerPoint with auto transitions inputted. I have always just downloaded these onto flashdrives and handed them to the AV team to run.
This is no longer going to work for us as our organization has turned off the ability to use flashdrives.
I also think it is time to find a more professional program to use.
What is everyone using to run these larger events? Are you using ProPresenter or something similar? Any reviews on types of platforms?
