Caiti,
After some testing the body copy is controlled by Color 4 in your theme. Double check how that will affect the rest of your site when changing that color. You may want to just change the pop-up window background color.
Here are a couple of Theme Color Articles that may help:

I've looked there. I don't have any option to control how the content in the body looks, just the background color. These screen shots show you what appears for me. There have been some modules/widgets that control their popups separately. Does log in have anything like that? I feel like I've clicked every module and widget on my site and still can't find it. I went so far as inspecting the element to see if I could find a clue there, but if there is, I don't know enough to identify it.

Hello @Caiti Baude,
Open the site designer click on Theme (right navigation) > Theme Styling section > Pop-Up Windows. From there you can edit the Header, Header Text, Body, and Window colors.
Don't forget to save the theme after making any updates
Hope that helps.

Where do I go to edit the colors of the pop up windows for post registration? When someone selects the 'already registered' link on the event website, they get a pop up with a lot of white text. I have looked everywhere I can think of and everywhere that various help articles have lead me to and still can't find the control.
