I was wondering if someone can share the instructions to see who accessed the CrowdCompass Event for a conference.  We would like to know the number of registered users vs. the number who actually installed and used the app.

We used CrowdCompass up through last year, until it was taken away. As you can see below, this info you are seeking was available, but is no longer visible in my account. Perhaps your case may be different. This below dashboard shows you not just the number of verified users, but what types of devices they used and for how long. Unfortunately, I can't give you instructions, but perhaps this information can still be accessed through your rep.

My understanding was that even if your CrowdCompass account was granted continued use past 12/31/22, no event analytics would be available after that date. I just checked our account and I don't see them anymore.
