Hope you are well!

I checked the IFC Fall Meeting 2023 event and sent the registration confirmation email as a test email to myself, however, I was able to see all the content without any issues at my end. I also got this email checked at the backend by our HTML team and they confirmed that email is created correctly and they were not able to see any /n or any odd text at their end. 

They further advised that if this issue is happening only for a few invitees, then please ask them to check their Outlook version and update it to the latest version as it could be an issue because of using an outdated Outlook version at their end.

Does anyone know what settings need to be adjusted so that the event confirmation emails that go out aren't filled top and bottom with "\n"?
