I have noticed a difference in the formatting coming through when I send an email out and open in the Old Outlook vs the New Outlook; Old Outlook appears to remove spacing between paragraphs and New Outlook shows the spacing as it should. Anyone else with similar experiences in email formatting and how it appears in Outlook versions?

Yes, I have noticed that rounded edges on things like buttons and widget borders appear as square edges in old Outlook.  It has personally never bothered me enough to try to fix it, I just stick with square edges in the emails to prevent it from appearing differently for different users.
