If you are using the session chat and/or text discussions functionality within Attendee Hub, attendees will have the ability to "report" posts and explain why they are reporting the post, add more context in a comment box, and can check a box to report anonymously if they choose. Moderators will be able to see the message and the reason why it was reported and view and delete posts that are reported from attendees. Alternatively, you could certain link to a form/survey for attendees to fill out within Attendee Hub on a custom page or behind a custom card. Adding Custom Cards to Your Attendee Hub, Creating Custom Pages for Attendee Hub
