Option 2: You can choose from the below-mentioned options:

•  Fonts for Headings and Paragraphs: There are 48 font styles to choose from.  

• Background Image/color: Separate images/color can be applied to all sections.

1. Images – Dimensions should be 1920 x 1080 pixels in the following formats: .jpg, .gif, or .png.

2. Color – Share the color code for any background or text colors.

Below mentioned details should be sent irrespective of the option you choose:

1. Images: At least 3 images for each category as per the following formats

(1920 x 1080 pixels for the following formats: .jpg, .gif, or .png.)

1. Venue Images for Slide Show (after “Proposal Introduction” section)
2. Sleeping Room Images (after “Estimated Costs” section)
3. Meeting Room Images (after “Meeting Room” section)
4. Company Logo to represent the brand/chain/venue.

Note – You can also share the collage for the sleeping rooms and meeting rooms section. Dimensions should be 1920 x 560 pixels in the following formats: .jpg, .gif, or .png.

2.  Video Link: URL with title and description. (Vimeo or YouTube link)
3. Custom Link: It can be added to showcase menus, capacity charts, floor plans, AV pricing etc.
4. Text – Any customized text can be added. (Use this to add any additional information)
