Valerie, Community's AI support chatbot, will sunset on June 19, 2026. Before then, new support options will begin appearing in Community on June 11, giving you clear ways to reach Support after Valerie is retired.
What’s changing
Instead of starting your support experience with Valerie in Cvent Community, you’ll use new support paths in Community and, for eligible products, the in-product Cvent Assistant. This change moves support closer to where many customers already work while preserving access to help when it’s needed.
What’s staying the same
While the starting point for support is changing, the level of support is not. You’ll continue to have access to expert assistance for the same kinds of questions and use cases, and support availability remains the same.
