The time has come to showcase your success at the 2025 Cvent Excellence Awards! Alongside other event and hospitality professionals, we are excited to honor your accomplishments and celebrate your achievements!

What are the Cvent Excellence Awards?

The Cvent Excellence Awards is our annual global awards program honoring the best in the meetings, events, and hospitality industries. Cvent users from organizations of all sizes and industries will be celebrated for their innovation and commitment at the 13^th annual Excellence Awards.

What’s new for the 2025 Cvent Excellence Awards?

We are excited to honor the finalists of our newest event category, The Trade Show Trailblazer! As the saying goes, everything is bigger in Texas and that holds true to our Excellence Awards! Returning to San Antonio, Texas, we will be shining the spotlight onto our outstanding finalists to highlight their successes this year with VIP experiences, celebrity moments, giveaways, and more!

Unable to attend in person? As much as we would love to see you there, we understand! With our live and recorded broadcast straight from San Antonio, the Excellence Awards will be available for those who are not able to celebrate face to face.

What do you receive?

In celebration of all your outstanding hard work and accomplishments, all finalist organizations receive two (2) free Cvent CONNECT registrations.

Onsite at Cvent CONNECT, we would also like finalists to enjoy exclusive VIP experiences, plenty of celebratory moments throughout the conference, and a special banquet in honor of their successes- check out the 2024 Excellence Awards here! Additionally, finalists will receive a plaque of recognition and winners receive an engraved trophy.

When's the deadline?

The submission deadline of March 24 is fast approaching, so be sure to submit your entry soon. An executive committee of industry leaders will select the finalists, who will be announced by May 1, 2025, via our website and email.

Ace of Spaces: This category is for those sourcing and managing safe in-person experiences with Cvent Exchange solutions, such as Cvent Supplier Network or Passkey.
New! Trade Show Trailblazer: If your marketing and sales team have a knack for leveraging technology, generating engagement, and optimizing lead management using Jifflenow or iCapture, then this is the category for you.
Marketing Mastermind: This category is for marketing teams who demonstrate exceptional proficiency in event marketing or a channel within their marketing mix.
Pivotal Partner: Designed for travel, events, and meetings management agencies or Cvent Alliance Partners, this category is for those who carry industry-leading expertise, drive efficiency, and promote attendee experience.
The Rookie: For those who signed their agreement no earlier than January 1^st, 2024, this award is for those who saw quick, positive changes to their meetings and events using Cvent solutions.
Cvent Superstar: This individual award category highlights the super users of Cvent who strengthen their skills through trainings, certifications, product feedback, and interacting with the Community!
Power of the Platform: Single Event: This category is for organizations who use three (3) or more Cvent solutions to power a singular, complex event.
Power of the Platform: Total Event Program: This award is to honor those who use multiple Cvent solutions to promote and optimize their total event program.
The Impact Icon: This category is for those who are harnessing the power of event tech to deliver powerful experiences that create a positive social change such as more inclusive events or exceeding sustainability goals.
Hotel & Planner Collaboration Award: This award highlights those who display outstanding problem-solving skills and seamlessly use Cvent solutions such as Cvent Event Diagramming or Passkey in collaboration with event and hospitality professionals.

The Portfolio Powerhouse: This award recognizes a chain, brand, management company, or ownership group who drives brand awareness, support integration, and increase revenue using CSN solutions.
The Block Buster: This award celebrates the hospitality professionals that use Cvent Passkey to simplify tasks and show strong expertise of room block management.
The Business Intelligencer: This category recognizes organizations that use analytics processes and systems to boost marketing and sales conversions the CSN Business Intelligence.
The Group Game Challenger: Organizations that use CSN Advertising to continuously drive results across their sales and marketing programs are perfect candidates for this category.
The Clever Collaborator: This award celebrates those who use Cvent Event Diagramming to power collaboration between a planner, venue, and vendor.
