Hi! You need to go to the Event Features (back in the event management side, not Attendee Hub) and turn on "Exhibitors." This will activate your Exhibitor Portal, where you can upload your sponsors and their logos.

    Hope that helps!

I am trying to upload sponsor logo via the Exhibitor Management section. The logos are horizontal, but I have resized them in photoshop to be the required width of 300 pixels. It will will not let me upload the and it just shows a "square" portion of the logo. See below. But this logo is sized to 300 p wide x 66 p high. Can you helps?

The ones that do have square logos seem to upload, but do not let me save?

Logo is still cutting off even though it is sized to 300pixels wide.

    Hi Vickie,

Exhibitor profile logos are designed to display in a square frame and work best when the image itself is square and at least 300 × 300 px. When a horizontal logo like 300 × 66 px is uploaded, the system crops it to fit the square area, which is why you're only seeing a "square" portion of the image.

To fix this, the logos need to be placed on a 300 × 300 px square canvas (for example, centered on a white or transparent background) and then uploaded. Once the logo file itself is 300 × 300, it will display correctly without cropping.

    Hope this helps!
