All those thing shave been tried - multiple computers, mobile devices, browsers with cleared caches and in Incognito/InPrivate windows.
I have a ticket open with support already. They see the same behavior. Just seeing if anyone else has had a similar experience.
The disappearing Description field happens in a fresh out of the box 'from scratch' event with only one session. Definitely a code issue there. I reported that and sent in a video screen capture.

Have you tried clearing your internet cache and cookies? From some of the frustrations you are describing, sometimes it could be because you have too much in your cache. Or you may want to try it on a different internet browser. Try those two things first, otherwise would suggest contacting Cvent Support and doing a screen share so that they can see what you are experiencing.

I am trying to use session Tags in the new Agenda Widget and running into all sorts of frustrating issues. New sessions I add will only show the tags in the agenda list around 1 out of 10 times the page is refreshed. Not all tags show up in the tags filter list.
Even stranger - if you go to a session, click Manage Tags, make changes, and the Apply those changes - if you click Edit on the Session right after that - the Description field totally disappears and if you click Save it will complete blank out the Description field for the session.
I even created a brand new test event from scratch and tested this and it blanks out the Description field. So frustrating.
