All those thing shave been tried - multiple computers, mobile devices, browsers with cleared caches and in Incognito/InPrivate windows.
I have a ticket open with support already. They see the same behavior. Just seeing if anyone else has had a similar experience.
The disappearing Description field happens in a fresh out of the box 'from scratch' event with only one session. Definitely a code issue there. I reported that and sent in a video screen capture.

Have you tried clearing your internet cache and cookies? From some of the frustrations you are describing, sometimes it could be because you have too much in your cache. Or you may want to try it on a different internet browser. Try those two things first, otherwise would suggest contacting Cvent Support and doing a screen share so that they can see what you are experiencing.
