At this time, there is not a standard cross-event report that shows total Attendee Hub app downloads across multiple events over a selected time range. App download metrics are currently available at the individual event level through the Attendee Hub Usage Dashboard under Reports > Reports, where you can view general Attendee Hub statistics including total Event App downloads for a single event.
If you need download totals across multiple events, the current option would be to review the data event by event.
