When you are testing, are you entering in your email address and mobile number correctly in order to receive the verification code emails? I know sometimes when people are testing, they enter in "dummy data." Can you also confirm that you are registered for the event with the email address that you are trying to log into Attendee Hub with? You must be in the accepted status in the event that you are testing in and attendee hub must also be live. Additionally, can you confirm that your email address is not opted out or unsubscribed in Cvent? Why can't my attendees log in to the Attendee Hub?
