I regards to your query, it usually does not take long for the changes to get saved. However, one of the factors could be slow internet or any other intermittent issue related to internet.
If the changes made by you are not yet saved, I suggest you reach out to our support so that we can identify if the issue is related to Cvent and if it is, we will be able to investigate further.
