We had a record number of events in 2024 and our fiscal year is only 1/2 over. I am looking forward in 2025 to consolidating all of process into Cvent. Utilizing the MRF and having all our reports in the Report Portal for all who have access to run reports at their convivence.

One of the things I'm most proud of this year is working with our developers to move from the SOAP API to the Rest API. We were able to make a number of enhancements that are really going to improve workload and streamline many operations going forward. I also did a lot of account clean-up this year, which is going to make life better moving forward!
