Looking to see if anyone has had any luck with finding an external credit card reader for onsite. We were told their new credit card readers will not work if we do not have a Cvent Merchant Account; we have our own Merchant Account. We have tried a few different readers so far and have not had any luck on them connecting 100%. Any success finding an external reader that fully connects to OnArrival for us users with our own Merchant Accounts? We are not switching to theirs.

Cvent OnArrival does not support third party card readers. We only support our card reader through Cvent Payments.
