Hi!
If you're using the included version of surveys, you can turn on the feature on the Event Features page of your event. This will enable the Surveys page in the navigation menu on the left side. The free version allows you to create one session survey, which you can apply to all sessions or only specific sessions. From the survey designer, click on the gear next to the Session Feedback survey to choose your settings. Use the designer to set up your survey however you wish, and then publish.
