    1.  What is YOUR go-to engagement tactic? On-site gaming; our attendees were assigned into teams and we did multiple fun things with them: scavenger hunts, Jeopardy games, trivia contests, etc. We had a huge trophy that was engraved each year with the team winner.
    2.  What topic would you be interested in learning about at a future Customer Success Group? I agree with Hallie - what a great topic suggestion! Email marketing through the platform always brings up questions and issues!

What is YOUR go-to engagement tactic?

We rely on networking events and connecting people with similar interests. In the past we did that manually, by suggesting activities and tables. Now we're excited with the AI feature in Attendee Hub and are looking forward to utilizing it to improve our networking events.

What topic would you be interested in learning about at a future Customer Success Group?

I would love to learn how people managed their data in Attendee Hub and what are some of the KPIs they used to determine Attendee Hub's success rate.

    2.  What topic would you be interested in learning about at a future Customer Success Group? The incentive travel side of event management. We don't do trade shows or conferences, we do incentives travel events where almost everything is customizable by the participants. Would love to hear more about others in the same situation!
