    Hi 

    I'm new to this...  There was a session showing in Session Group, which is now not there.  I don't know if it's hidden or deleted.  Is there a way of accessing previous sessions that are not showing, or reinstating old ones?

    Hi Nicola,

    Hope you are well!

    There could be a lot of reasons why the session is not showing within the session group like the session is closed for registration, the session capacity is met, the session is removed from the session group, or the session is cancelled etc. 

    Could you please confirm the name of the event and the session which is not displaying in the session group so that I can check this further at my end and see what is causing the issue?

    Additionally, you can also contact our Cvent Support team at  (+44) 0808-234-4543 > Press 1 for Event cloud > Press 1 for Setting Up Event > Press 1 for Events > Press 1 again for Managing Event for immediate assistance.
